Fabrick Square, Birmingham

A residential, lead regeneration scheme and the catalyst for a lot of new development in the Digbeth area of Birmingham. Creating 313 apartments, including the extension and conversion of the former Harrison Drape curtain factory. The buildings are arranged around an urban square in four distinct black and white blocks, with gold flashes. This modern architectural intervention brings an unused heritage asset into the 21st century and secures its previously threatened existence.
